Stellenbeschreibung

One of our core values is a functioning team. You will be actively involved in all relevant HR topics and will get an opportunity to take over responsibility for your tasks and projects. Recruiting: Within the scope of Direct Sourcing you support us proactively in the daily search of fotograf.de talents. In the process you will use various social media channels and candidate databases to identify and contact qualified candidates. You will also be in charge of creating and posting job descriptions on different job boards and track their effectiveness. Further in the recruiting process, you will conduct telephone as well as personal interviews with applicants. Operational Support: To guarantee an effective recruiting process you will take care of all operational recruiting aspects, such as processing of incoming applications, pre-selection of candidates as well as written correspondence with applicants: You will be the first point of contact for them. Moreover, you will be in charge of organization and coordination of interviews and trial days. Strategic Involvement: You will work on our Employer Branding concept, including cooperation with universities, social media, blogs, participation at career fairs and recruiting events, and other PR activities. Furthermore, you will identify new channels and media, as well as track their usage and effectiveness. You will support the decision making process by providing your own qualified opinion on diverse strategic topics.
