Supply Graduate Programme - Supply Management Trainee (SMT) - Germany
Get hands-on experience in producing world-famous beers, and gain an in-depth, unique perspective into the world’s leading brewer.
AB InBev is the world’s leading brewer. We produce over 500 beers, including some of the world’s best known brands like Budweiser®, Stella Artois® and Corona®, as well as international brands Becks and Hoegaarden.
Our Supply Graduate Programme covers the brewing, packaging and delivery of our goods – it’s where we combine growth, service and cost to give us a competitive advantage.
As part of the programme, you’ll cover everything to do with the supply chain – from the production and packaging of beer, to the logistics of getting it to customers. You’ll be based in a brewery where you’ll have hands-on experience in producing the beers we’re famous for, and you’ll learn the technical and practical challenges that affect different departments, including Logistics, Controlling, Brewery Operations, and People – so we can make positive changes to the way we brew and produce beer, source the ingredients, and deliver effectively and efficiently.
The 6 month programme is designed to build your leadership, project and general management skills, and you’ll have opportunities to help improve on the way we work. And as the programme is focused on the supply chain process, you’ll be based in our breweries in your country, with the possibility of some travel.
To be eligible, you’ll need to have a Bachelor or Masters (or equivalent) degree from either Engineering (ideally Chemical, Mechanical, Production or Electrical), Science (Bio-chemistry, micro-biology or brewing/food science), Supply Chain or Business.
If you really impress us throughout the programme, you’ll be able to apply for your first managerial role within AB InBev.
Location/s: Germany & Europe.
Start date: August 2019
